Petra Jenkins, General Mills, helped facilitate the creation and implementation of a new organizational structure and assisted the organization in developing their first long-range strategic plan.

American Dance Legacy Institute (Providence)

, Alliance of Artists Communities, is working with the founders to develop organizational structures, administrative policies and procedures, and a board of directors as they move the Institute out of Brown University and establish it as an independent entity.

Guy Medaglia, Roger Williams Medical Center, is assisting the board and company with creating action plans and processes which will optimize the organizations operations and increase the level of security for the organization and so the company and its board are not constantly concerned about their financial viability and can focus on their creative objectives and artistic growth.  The project will target areas of board development, fundraising structures, organizational policies, marketing, and administrative practices.

Barry Bainton
(BR Bainton Associates) Daren MacDonald, and Jim Mahoney have teamed up to assist the Gamm (formerly known as the Sandra Feinstein-Gamm Theatre) in the transition to their new space in the Pawtucket Armory.  Barry will be providing advice to the group as they develop the business/strategic plan for their new location.   Daren is working with the Marketing Committee to develop a comprehensive marketing / audience development plan that will address retaining former patrons and attracting new audiences from the Pawtucket area.  Jim is helping to coordinate a major fundraising event as well as assisting the organization in creating long-term fundraising/development strategies.
