Deborah Obalil , Alliance of Artists Communities , is working with the founders to develop organizational structures, administrative policies and procedures, and a board of directors as they move the Institute out of Brown University and establish it as an independent entity.

Arts & Business Council of Rhode Island (Providence)

Frank Dempsey , Fleet Technology Solutions , is helping to develop and install a new database system.
Jim Olick, Strategic Solutions Group, solved ABC/RI's technology and networking needs by assessing their existing configuration, researching and proposing options, and installing a new network, server and software.
Robert Allio, Allio & Associates, is facilitating a strategic planning process with the organization's board and staff.

Dave Lubelczyk, Image Identity, is assisting the Museum through the process of crafting a brand development plan and marketing startegies that build on previous brand identity work and reflect the vision, values, goals, objectives, and capacity of the Museum.

Neal Pandozzi, Adler, Pollock & Sheehan, is advising this group of artists on legal issues related to their options for financing, purchase and renovation of a building; and options and process for forming a legal entity.
