American Dance Legacy Institute (Providence) www.adli.us Deborah Obalil , Alliance of Artists Communities , is working with the founders to develop organizational structures, administrative policies and procedures, and a board of directors as they move the Institute out of Brown University and establish it as an independent entity.
Arts & Business Council of Rhode Island (Providence) www.artsandbusinessri.org Frank Dempsey , Fleet Technology Solutions , is helping to develop and install a new database system. Jim Olick, Strategic Solutions Group, solved ABC/RI's technology and networking needs by assessing their existing configuration, researching and proposing options, and installing a new network, server and software. Robert Allio, Allio & Associates, is facilitating a strategic planning process with the organization's board and staff.
Attelboro Arts Museum (Attelboro, MA) http://attleboroartsmuseum.org Dave Lubelczyk, Image Identity, is assisting the Museum through the process of crafting a brand development plan and marketing startegies that build on previous brand identity work and reflect the vision, values, goals, objectives, and capacity of the Museum.
Chorus of Westerly www.chorusofwesterly.org Karen Buchanan , Our Lab Digital Graphics , is advising board and staff on how to address computer and technology issues that are affecting their efficiency, security of data, and growth potential.
Fantasy Works Youth Theatre (Saunderstown) www.fantasyworks.fs Tony DiBella , Organization Transitions , are assisting staff and board through the process of building institutional infrastructure - including work on administrative and operational systems, board and staff roles and responsibilities, and long-range planning.
Gamm Theatre (Pawtucket) www.gammtheatre.org Donna DiGennaro is helping the theatre with computer hardware and software issues.
Opera Providence (Providence) http://operaprovidence.org John Ayers is working with board and staff to help them articulate a shared vision for the organization and develop a strategic/business plan and process to fulfill the mission.
Providence Artists Collaborative (Providence) Neal Pandozzi, Adler, Pollock & Sheehan, is advising this group of artists on legal issues related to their options for financing, purchase and renovation of a building; and options and process for forming a legal entity.
Providence New Latin American Film Festival (Providence) www.murphyandmurphy.com/plff/ Ted Old is working with the board of directors to review and clarify the organization's mission; facilitating a strategic planning process; assisting board and staff in developing organizational/administrative structures; and facilitating a business planning process.
